Biography
Toshinori Sato received the BS, MS, and PhD degrees in electronic engineering
from Kyoto University in 1989, 1991, and 1999, respectively. From 1991 to 1999,
he was with Toshiba Corporation, where he was engaged in the research on
multicore processors and the developments of embedded processors.
He is currently a professor of Department of Electronics Engineering and
Computer Science at Fukuoka University. He previously served on the faculty of
Department of Artificial Intelligence at Kyushu Institute of Technology and of
System LSI Research Center at Kyushu University. His research interests include
microprocessor architecture and design methodology. He is a senior member of
ACM and IEEE and a member of IEICE and IPSJ.
