Collaborative Research
- ① Meetings will be held between external institutions (companies) and us
regarding research content and
collaborative research costs.
- ② Apply using the collaborative research application form and contract
(Fukuoka University format)
- ③ Deliberation by Fukuoka University Approval Committee
*Examination and decisions on collaborative research plans and research
expense allocation will be made by
the university president after deliberations by the University's Research
Promotion Department Committee.
- ④ After approval, the university will send you a set of research funding
transfer documents.
- If any changes occur to the research content(such as an extension of the
research period)
after the contract is concluded, please submit the Collaborative Researcch
Contract Amendment
Approval Application Form and the Collaborative Research Contract Amendment
Agreement
(Fukuoka University format).

Research Grant Donations
- ① Apply for a donation (submit a research grant donation application form)
- ② After receiving the application form (Fukuoka University format), a set
of transfer documents will be sent to the applicant.
- ③ After confirming the transfer, Fukuoka University will send you a receipt
and a certificate of tax benefits
- *10% of the amount received will be collected by the university as indirect
expenses (general administrative expenses).
